This weekend I taught a very fun workshop entitled – Your Inner Goddess is a Hottie. Let me tell you, fun was had by all! First , I feel so incredibly lucky because my workshops tend to draw the best women I’ve ever met. And that’s exactly what happened in Rhode Island this Saturday.
We talked about and experienced over seven different ways to bring out your inner Goddess, heighten sex appeal, get in touch wtih your sensuality and own it! What an amazing transformation in participants over just 6 hours.
For several, it was about giving themselves permission to show their appeal – to let it out and not feel bad about it. For a couple, they felt this was a superficial endeavor, but managed to get past that idea. The truth is, a man will always be attracted to a woman physically first, then he’ll get to know her. That’s the law of the jungle and it will never change. So, getting over this hurdle can be a huge shift that makes all the difference in dating expectations and success.
A few women were coming to the end of a long period of care-taking for family members. Finally, its time for them to focus on number one – themselves. The event was a nurturing and self-love opportunity long overdue and most welcomed.
Over the day, the workshop covered verbal and non-verbal flirting, conversation techniques, body language, communicating availablity, becoming more approachable, and presentting an inviting persona. We did the I’m So Alluring meditation and I’m happy to report – they loved it! It was the first time I played this with a group and participated myself. Quite a moving experience.
