To All the Single Women Reading This Post

express gratitudeHas anyone told you lately that you are wonderful?  It’s completely true. When you recognize this about yourself and take time to express gratitude for your life and who you are, either in prayer or to others, it can change everything.

From the top of your head to the tip of your toes, every single drop of your being is magnificent. Let me say it once more:

You are wonderful!

So, what’s your reaction? Did you push the idea away? Do you think, “That’s not really true”? Or can you soak in the praise, feeling good about it and knowing how valid that description of you truly is?

As your love and dating coach, I sure hope your reaction was the second one! Embrace the idea that you are fabulous – that’s how you become fabulous.

Thanksgiving Gratitude – Serve It Up!

This Thanksgiving I am spending time thinking about what I am grateful for in my life. While I do express gratitude for many things, this year I am making an extra effort to look at more parts of my life.

Last week I focused on the people who surround me. This week, I decided it was time to focus on what I’m grateful for about me and my life right now.

The human condition often finds us ignoring what is good and what is going well, as we focus on what is not working. Or on what we still don’t have. It’s common to see the glass half empty. But this is your chance to turn that around!

Forget Humble Pie – Bravely Express Gratitude !

express gratitudeWhether you believe it or not, you are very special. A unique human being with a personality as individual as a snowflake. You share your presence with those around you, have your own way of looking at things, and make a contribution to the planet.

You may be a full time mom, a grandmother, an aunt or sister, a career woman, a volunteer, a good friend, an assistant or all of these! Perhaps you are good at math or amazingly creative.

And, you have special gifts to make a man happy too.

For example,  you may whisper a man’s name in a certain way that lifts his spirits. Or perhaps you support his vision, cook delectable meals, massage his shoulders, or laugh at his jokes.

What’s distinctive about you cud be your wit,  how you help him feel masculine, share your love or make him smile. Whether or not you are in a relationship – you have so much to offer the right man!

That is what I want you to express gratitude for.

Appreciate Yourself Just as You Are

Right now, please take just one minute to appreciate the amazing woman you are, just as you are right now. Forget about fixing anything or improving one area and just appreciate who you are in this moment.

Express gratitude by celebrating what you have achieved and what you bring to the party of life. Breathe in the glory of your being, humanness and spirit.

You are made with God’s thumb print and deserve to love and appreciate yourself like no other.

Self Love Is the Basis of All Love

grateful heartAs I often say to my love and dating coaching clients, self love is the basis for all love. So, this Thanksgiving holiday as you prepare a big meal or a favorite dish for someone else’s gathering, take time to express gratitude and give thanks for who you are.

When you learn how to appreciate yourself and treat yourself well, you pave the way for others to follow in your footsteps.

I Appreciate You!

I’m sure there are so many people who also appreciate you as well. But most importantly, take note of yourself. Love yourself. Express gratitude for everything you have right now, all that is going right and for all the lessons you’ve learned so far.

When you take the time to appreciate yourself, even if it’s just for a few moments, you allow your energy to shimmer and shine. You start to sparkle with self love and become that much more magnetic.

That’s how your power to attract a quality man skyrockets. And you’ll feel happier and more optimistic about what is yet to come. Express gratitude for a bright future.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving Holiday

Wishing you love,

Thanksgiving Gratitude
