Paul McCartney Marries for a Third Time

On October 9th, Paul McCartney married his third wife, Nancy Shevell in a modest civil ceremony at the town hall in London. Th wedding was attended by a small group of friends included Barbara Walters, Shevell’s second cousin and their supposed matchmaker, as well as Ringo Starr and his wife.

Nancy, 51, is a divorced and affluent American, who met Paul in the Hamptons four years ago at one of Barbara’s dinner parties. Her wedding dress was designed by Stella, McCartney’s daughter who is considered a star in the fashion world.  The couple served a three course vegetarian meal to their guests, which Stella had a hand in as well.

Isn’t it nice to see that the famous Beatle has found love again at 69? His first marriage to Linda Eastman, ended tragically with her death. His second marriage to Heather Mills ended with a horrid and very public divorce. But sources say he is very happy now with Nancy. Third time’s the charm as they say.
